Abstract The clinical evaluation of brain diseases strictly depends on patient’s complaint and observation their behavior. specialist, often the neurologist, chooses whether how to assess cognition, motor system, sensory perception, autonomic nervous system. They may also decide request a more in-depth examination, such as neuropsychological language assessments imaging or laboratory tests. From synthesis all these results, they will be able make diagnosis. assessment in particular is based collection medical history, observation, administration standardized cognitive tests validated scientific literature. It therefore particularly useful when neurological disease with and/or behavioral manifestation suspected. introduction machine learning methods neurology represents an important added value performed by clinician increase diagnostic accuracy, track progression, treatment efficacy.
